Returns and Exchanges
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- Returns: Returns are accepted as long as the product is not personalized. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item within 15 days of delivery in the same condition it was sent.
Return Conditions: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
