Delivery Time
For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, and for international shipments, it is 10 to 30 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the courier service.
Shipping Types and Tracking
- Standard Shipping: Does not include a tracking number, so it’s the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the arrival of the package at their local post office. Delivery may take up to 3 weeks outside of Europe.
- Tracked Shipping: This service includes a tracking number with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives broken, don’t worry! We’ll handle the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Returns
Returns are accepted, but the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please contact our team to receive the necessary instructions.
